A new digital experience to enhance stores

Be aware of the events, appointments, and trends surrounding “la Rinascente" stores by surfing an interactive map: this is "Rinascente District", the new communications project launched to enhance its Flagship Stores.

Born from J. Walter Thompson Italy concept, the project turned into a digital experience created and developed by Extra. The core and innovative element of "la Rinascente District Milano" website, responsive to various digital devices, is the personalization and integration with the dynamic map. This project will be widen to every Italian flagship stores.

Events, places, and people moving within the district around the store are suggested and managed by a Content Management System integrated with "la Rinascente MAGAZINE" (published by Condé Nast Italia), and are pointed out by geographic markers on the map to encourage users experience and enable real time updates.

The "map" is the iconographic element present in every communication forms of "la Rinascente District", from spring / summer campaign, taken by the international photographer Nhu Xuan Hua, to the video directed by Elena Petitti of Roreto, who was awarded in occasion of the Milano Film Festival 2016.
